Indaba keeps the documents, the dates, the correspondence and the signatures of one matter in a single place — so the record of what happened is never assembled after the fact. It is built by Convergence AI, and it has four parts.
Each one works on its own. Together they are one record of a single matter. A part is an action you take on the thing in front of you, not a place you navigate to — which is why you will see its name on the page you are using rather than in a menu.
Send a document as a link rather than an attachment. It verifies who is opening it, will not download or print, and records every open with the time. Replies and files come back into the workspace. Nobody you send to has to create an account.
You are hereSending something to be signed, and taking the answer back — section by section if it needs it, with the signer’s name, the time, and which version they were looking at. A later signature never overwrites an earlier one.
You are hereNot one signature on one document — a decision on every section, and separately on whether its wording is right. The subject can be anything that renders: a document, a set of screens, a site, a video. What comes back is a considered yes, on the record, against the version they were shown.
You are hereBooking, reminders, reschedules and cancellations — with the documents attached so people can read beforehand. A meeting booked here becomes part of the record; a meeting booked in a calendar disappears the moment it ends.
You are hereForward, CC or send to the workspace address. Attachments are read, categorised and dated. Known senders are filed; anyone else is held until you say it belongs. Most records arrive by email — this is what makes that safe.
You are hereLooks inward and talks to you — conflicting dates, a document referred to but not held, a gap in the record, somebody who opened their link four times and wrote nothing. It asks the question you would not have thought to ask.
You are hereLooks outward and talks to other people — a composed summary that leaves the workspace and therefore obeys who-can-see. Pulse asks what you should notice; Briefings answers what somebody else needs to know.
You are hereEverything above in one place, linked to the evidence it came from — the chronology, the correspondence, the money, and who agreed to what.
You are hereConvergence AI is the company that builds it. Indaba is the platform. Convey, Signet, Bvuma, Convene, Envoy, Pulse and Briefings are its parts — documents, execution, agreement, time, intake, attention and reporting.
So when you send something out for signature, Convey is the channel that carries it and Signet is what signs it; when a booking is confirmed in Convene, the case file is where it lands; when it arrives by email instead, Envoy files it; and when what you need is not a signature but a judgement, Bvuma is what asks for it. You never choose a part from a menu — the page you are on tells you which one you are in.
