The Owner runs the whole file. Counsel works the case and the letters. A Witness sees only their own welcome page and gives their account. An Observer gets a read-only look for trusted supporters โ no edits. Everyone signs in to the same platform; the platform decides what each person may see.

Get in the way that suits you
Sign in with an email and password, or ask for a one-tap magic link sent to your inbox โ no password to remember. Witnesses without email can be sent a personal one-time link by text. However you arrive, the header greets you by name and shows your role: "Name โ Role."
